Piklub Terms of Service

Piklub is a virtual-point football prediction game built around football fixtures, prediction markets, point updates, weekly rankings, attendance rewards, and referrals.

Words such as market, odds, wallet, stake, and settlement describe the in-product simulation only. They do not mean that Piklub provides a real-money gambling service.

Piklub is virtual points only.

• No real-money betting.
• No deposits.
• No withdrawals.
• No cash prizes or real-money payouts.
• No exchange of points for money or anything with monetary value.

You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your account credentials secure.

We may suspend, restrict, reset, or remove accounts or points if we detect abuse, duplicate accounts, bots, fraudulent activity, security issues, or other harmful behavior.

Piklub may grant virtual points through welcome rewards, attendance rewards, referrals, promotion credits, admin adjustments, or prediction results.

Virtual points have no cash value. We may correct or reverse point balances and point updates to address bugs, duplicate rewards, data issues, or abuse.

Prediction markets may be based on football fixtures, standings, and other sports data. Market availability, pricing-style values, and results may be delayed, corrected, voided, or removed.

Prediction outcomes do not create any right to money, compensation, or other real-world value.

Weekly rankings, attendance rewards, and referral rewards are part of the simulation and entertainment experience only.

We may change, pause, limit, reset, or remove these systems at any time.

Piklub may rely on third-party football data, login systems, analytics, hosting, email, and infrastructure services. Data and service availability may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.

Piklub may use Discord as a community and support channel.

Do not share passwords, private tokens, payment details, or other sensitive personal information through community channels.

Piklub is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free data, or the accuracy of any football data, prediction market value, ranking, or point update.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piklub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue using Piklub after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
