Piklub Terms of Service

Piklub lets users browse football fixtures, view prediction markets, make picks with free virtual points, claim rewards, invite friends, and compare rankings.

Piklub uses words such as wallet, stake, odds, market, bet, payout, and settlement as part of the simulation experience.

These words do not mean that Piklub provides real-money gambling.

Piklub is a free simulation only.

• no deposits;
• no withdrawals;
• no cash-out;
• no real-money payouts;
• no real-money prizes;
• no conversion of points into money;
• no peer-to-peer money transfer.

Virtual points have no cash value. They cannot be sold, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred outside Piklub, or redeemed for money or anything of monetary value.

You may need an account to use some features.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must not:

• create fake, duplicate, automated, or abusive accounts;
• use another person's account without permission;
• exploit bugs, reward systems, referral systems, rankings, markets, or wallet logic;
• interfere with the service, servers, security, or other users.

We may suspend, restrict, reset, or delete accounts if we believe they are abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, or harmful to the service.

Piklub may give users free virtual points through features such as:

• welcome bonuses;
• attendance rewards;
• referral rewards;
• simulated prediction payouts;
• refunds for voided markets;
• promotions or admin adjustments.

All points are virtual and non-cash.

We may correct, reverse, reset, or remove points if needed to fix bugs, duplicate rewards, data errors, settlement errors, abuse, or other service issues.

Piklub may provide football prediction markets based on fixtures, scores, standings, odds-like simulation rules, and third-party sports data.

Markets, odds, fixture data, results, rankings, and settlement may be delayed, changed, corrected, voided, or removed.

A prediction result is part of the simulation only. It does not create any right to money, prize, compensation, or real-world value.

Rankings are for entertainment and comparison only.

Rankings may be recalculated, corrected, reset, delayed, or removed if data changes, bugs occur, abuse is detected, or service rules change.

Rankings have no monetary value.

Piklub may offer referral and attendance rewards.

These rewards are free virtual points only.

We may change, pause, reset, limit, or remove reward programs at any time, especially if we detect abuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, bots, fake accounts, or technical issues.

Piklub may use Discord as its community and support channel.

Please do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, private tokens, or payment information through Discord.

Piklub is an early and evolving service.

We may change, pause, remove, reset, or discontinue any feature at any time, including points, rewards, rankings, markets, referrals, attendance rewards, and account features.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, deployment, data provider issues, infrastructure issues, or bugs.

Piklub may use third-party services for football data, login, analytics, hosting, email, infrastructure, and other technical functions.

Third-party football data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or corrected later.

We are not responsible for third-party service errors, outages, or data issues.

You agree not to use Piklub for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive purposes.

You also agree not to misrepresent Piklub as a real-money gambling service or claim that Piklub points can be converted into money.

Piklub is provided as is and as available.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, accurate, secure, or uninterrupted.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of fixtures, odds-like values, rankings, settlement, rewards, or third-party sports data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piklub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Because Piklub uses free virtual points only, you agree that points, simulated payouts, rankings, and rewards do not represent money or monetary loss.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If you continue using Piklub after the Terms are updated, you accept the updated Terms.
